The Rise of Celebrity Bashing T-Shirts?

T-Shirts are good for many things. From just keeping you warm, to fashion statements, to displaying a message or a brand. T-Shirts are one of the most popular clothing accessories in the world and it’s a trend that will never end.

The trend that does change over time is what’s displayed on the T-Shirt. In the past, it may have been a plain T-Shirt that you’d wear with no branding, designs or messages. Then came the branded T-Shirts, slogan T-Shirts and promotion T-Shirts.

In this ever-changing world, we’re always wondering what the next big thing is. 3D printing? could be, T-Shirts painted on? highly unlikely. One thing that we didn’t expect it to be was T-Shirts that used movies to bash celebrities.

Many of you may have seen 2009’s “The Human Centipede” and many of you may think it’s one of the most underrated films of all time and the rest will think it was a pile of rubbish that didn’t deserve a 2nd (or even 3rd) installment. But one of the best things about this movie is that it inspired one of the funniest T-Shirts that I’ve seen in a long time and it’s thanks to the folks over a RageOn where they decided that the casting of the movie needed to be different.

Instead of your traditional movie memorabilia, RageOn decided that it was better to have Kim Kardashian cast as the front of the centipede and, to show how it would have looked, they also decided to print this all over the T-Shirt!

Although the T-Shirt only has 9 reviews, it seems that the design has gone down rather well – although one customer stated that it would be better if Kim was “at the end of the centipede, rather than in front.”

So, what do you think, could this be a trend for the future? or maybe you have ideas of celebrities that you would like to see in different iconic movie scenes?
